There are no restocking fees, and if you’re located in the continental United States, we’ll even cover the return shipping costs. As long as the items are in their original condition, with apparel still having the tags attached, we’ll take care of the rest.

If you’re experiencing any issues or need assistance, we’re here to help. All of our products are backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of purchase. If you notice a defect, such as a flaw in the lens or a problem with the frame that shouldn’t be there, just let us know, and we’ll make it right.

However, please note that our warranty does not cover instances such as lost, stolen, or damaged products resulting from being sat on (we’ve all been there). If the issue is related to craftsmanship or manufacturing, we’re happy to assist.

For snow gear, such as our goggles and helmets, we offer a lifetime warranty that covers defects in materials or workmanship. If we determine the damage falls under our warranty policy, we’ll be happy to offer you a free replacement.

We also offer a Mystery Pair sunglasses option, which brings an element of surprise to your shopping experience. While we can’t guarantee the exact design, color, or shape of the sunglasses you’ll receive, we select a variety of stylish and versatile frames that are suited for a wide range of face shapes and sizes. These mystery pairs are final sale, meaning they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Orders placed before 11 AM PST will ship out the same day, while those placed afterward will ship the following business day. For standard shipping, you can expect delivery within 2–4 business days, and for express delivery, it should be 1–2 business days. Please note that weekend deliveries are not available, and FedEx does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

If you’re ordering prescription eyewear, please ensure that your prescription is valid. We cannot accept expired prescriptions, and we require a doctor’s signature, date of the visit, and an expiration date within two years. We also need to know your pupillary distance (PD), which is crucial for properly crafting your custom lenses. If you’re unsure of your PD, you can contact your optometrist or estimate it yourself using an online tool.
