At Blenders Eyewear, we prioritize making your shopping experience as simple and stress-free as possible. Whether you’re ordering a new pair of sunglasses or prescription eyewear, we offer clear and straightforward shipping and return policies to ensure you’re always satisfied with your purchase.

Shipping

We strive to process orders efficiently, with most orders being processed within 1 to 3 business days. However, if you’re ordering prescription eyewear, please note that processing times may take longer, typically 15 to 20 business days, due to the custom nature of prescription lenses.

Once your order is processed, you can choose from several shipping options to best meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: For most orders, we offer USPS standard shipping, which typically arrives within 3 to 5 business days after your order is shipped.
  • Two-Day Shipping: If you need your order quickly, we provide a two-day shipping option that delivers in 2 business days after shipment. Please note that this shipping method is unavailable for PO boxes or military addresses.
  • Prescription Orders: If you’re ordering prescription eyewear, the shipping will take around 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

No matter your location, we work hard to ensure your order arrives promptly.

U.S. Returns & Exchanges

We believe in making returns and exchanges as easy as possible. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange items for free within 45 days of receiving your order. Simply visit our returns portal to initiate the process—everything you need will be provided.

Keep in mind that for apparel items, they must have the original tags attached in order to be eligible for return. If the tags are removed, we won’t be able to accept the return. Once we receive your returned item, we’ll notify you via email, and the refund will typically appear in your account within 7 business days.

For exchanges, once your return is processed, we’ll send you store credit via email that can be used for your next purchase.

International Returns & Exchanges

When returning items, please ensure they are securely packed in the original microfiber pouch and plastic packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, any sturdy box can be used to safely ship the items back. Be sure to include a note with your contact information, order number, and the phrase “Refund Request” to help us process your return quickly.

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the items for any damage. If everything is in good condition, we’ll proceed with a refund to your original payment method.
